Cancellation Policy

• All commercial Florence mailboxes and large bulk orders can be cancelled up to 4 days from placing the order with a 3% cancellation fee. After Florence mailboxes have been shipped please read the Return Policy.
• Most orders ship the same day, therefore orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. After an item has been shipped please read the Return Policy.
