All Florence cluster mailboxes with custom numbering are not returnable. Any product that arrives damaged will be replaced not refunded.
All Florence cluster mailboxes with stock numbering will pay all shipping charges (original and return shipping charges) as well as a 30% manufacturers restocking fee. You must call (800) 427-9612 with-in 14 days of delivery for a Return Authorization Number (RGA#).

Customer will pay for all shipping charges on all returns. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge, not refunded.
All orders are sold with free shipping, although if returned customer will pay original shipping charge plus return shipping charge on all orders.
Mailboxes with address personalization cannot be canceled or returned for any reason.
