Shipping Damages

- We refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. Usually 1 in 300 orders arrive damaged.
- After delivery, open all packages, fully inspect the product for any concealed damage or missing items. Please report any problems to Go Mailboxes at 800 427-9612 or email orders@gomailboxes.com within 48 hours.
- If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we will contact the manufacturer to either replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit.
